Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work Lerici by Contardo Barbieri for EUR 250.00. This price was achieved in the auction Dipinti e Sculture Del XIX e XX Secolo at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 300.00 – 400.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Contardo Barbieri achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Colline lombarde (Paesaggio) in May 2019 with an auction result of EUR 2,800.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2019 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Lerici von Contardo Barbieri für EUR 250,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture Del XIX e XX Secolo bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 300,00 – 400,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Contardo Barbieri erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Colline lombarde (Paesaggio) im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 2.800,00.
