Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2011 Sothebys in New York held the auction Old Master and 19th Century European Art, which included the work Portrait Of A Lady by Constantijn Netscher. Here, the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 8,750.00 (€ 6,024.93). Admittedly, works by Constantijn Netscher have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait Of A Young Hunter In A Landscape With His Dog in February 2018 with an auction result of USD 40,000.00 (€ 32,757.35).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2011 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Old Master and 19th Century European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portrait Of A Lady von Constantijn Netscher zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 8.750,00 (€ 6.024,93) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Constantijn Netscher auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait Of A Young Hunter In A Landscape With His Dog im Februar 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 40.000,00 (€ 32.757,35).
