In the Travel, Science and Natural History auction, the work The Khylas Peaks and village of Pangi three miles above CHINE on the Sutledge sold for GBP 2,125.00 (€ 2,606.25) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 800.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Constance Frederica Gordon Cumming - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lankatilaka Temple, Sri Lanka, which sold at auction in October 2019 for GBP 6,875.00 (€ 7,974.51).
