In October this year Bruun Rasmussen held the auction Paintings, furniture and varia, which included the work Norwegian fiord by Conrad Selmyhr. The »bidding war« ended at DKK 4,800.00 (€ 643.15), 60% above the estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Conrad Selmyhr; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Rowing on a Fjord sold at auction in July 2007 with the realized price of GBP 780.00 (€ 1,158.48).

Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte Bruun Rasmussen die Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia durch, in der auch die Arbeit Norwegian fiord von Conrad Selmyhr zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von DKK 4.800,00 (€ 643,15) und damit 60% über dem Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Conrad Selmyhr; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Rowing on a Fjord im Juli 2007 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 780,00 (€ 1.158,48).
