In February 2007 Christies in London held the auction The Sunday Sale, which included the work Parade of the band of the Gordon Highlanders, before Edinburgh Castle by Conrad Leigh. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 780.00 (€ 1,156.32), 56% above the upper estimate.
