Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work High Sierra by Conrad Buff was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in December 2021. Here, the upper estimate of USD 2,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 2,805.00 (€ 2,478.35). Admittedly, works by Conrad Buff have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Canyon Walls, Zion National Park, Utah in April last year with an auction result of USD 16,575.00 (€ 15,730.28).

Die Arbeit High Sierra von Conrad Buff kam im Dezember 2021 bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 2.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 2.805,00 (€ 2.478,35) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Conrad Buff auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Canyon Walls, Zion National Park, Utah im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 16.575,00 (€ 15.730,28).
