Auction result well in line with expectations
The work No entry sign with Pac-Man by Clet Abraham was sold in the Contemporary Showcase: Otaku Redux auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in September 2021. The price achieved of HKD 16,380.00 (€ 1,816.70) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 10,000.00 – 20,000.00. Other works by Clet Abraham have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April last year the work Kiss - 2017 was auctioned for EUR 3,542.00.

Die Arbeit No entry sign with Pac-Man von Clet Abraham wurde im September 2021 in der Auktion Contemporary Showcase: Otaku Redux bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 16.380,00 (€ 1.816,70) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 10.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Clet Abraham konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April letzten Jahres die Arbeit Kiss - 2017 für EUR 3.542,00 versteigert.
