Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Le Prix Lefranc - 1967 by Claude Gilli was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art - Day Sale auction at Artcurial in Paris in June 2021. The price achieved of EUR 4,940.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Claude Gilli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ex Voto (Johny Hallyday) - 1961 in November 2016 with an auction result of EUR 74,100.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Le Prix Lefranc - 1967 von Claude Gilli wurde im Juni 2021 in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art - Day Sale bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.940,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Claude Gilli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ex Voto (Johny Hallyday) - 1961 im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 74.100,00.
