In the The Astor Collection from Tillypronie, Aberdeenshire auction, the work A white tailed eagle, Perth sold for GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,688.03) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Claire Harkess achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Three studies of pheasant in flight in December 2017 with an auction result of GBP 21,250.00 (€ 23,913.76).

In der Auktion The Astor Collection from Tillypronie, Aberdeenshire wurde die Arbeit A white tailed eagle, Perth für GBP 1.500,00 (€ 1.688,03) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Claire Harkess erzielen.
