A top price for Christopher Müller - as previously expected
The work Unplugged by Christopher Müller was sold in the POST-WAR AND CONTEMPORARY ART auction at Christies in London in December 2005. The price achieved of GBP 1,800.00 (€ 2,612.60) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Unplugged is the most expensive artwork by Christopher Müller that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Unplugged von Christopher Müller wurde im Dezember 2005 in der Auktion POST-WAR AND CONTEMPORARY ART bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.800,00 (€ 2.612,60) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.500,00 – 2.500,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Unplugged das teuerste Kunstwerk von Christopher Müller, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
