Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Christopher Bramham achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in December 2020. In the Modern British and Irish Art auction, the work Small Farm, Summer Evening sold for GBP 3,825.00 (€ 4,272.87) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Christopher Bramham achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Railway Bridge Spring in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 74,400.00 (€ 110,405.86).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Christopher Bramham erzielte im Dezember 2020 bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern British and Irish Art wurde die Arbeit Small Farm, Summer Evening für GBP 3.825,00 (€ 4.272,87) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Christopher Bramham erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Railway Bridge Spring im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 74.400,00 (€ 110.405,86).
