The work Portrait Of Colonel D'Arcy, Circa 1710 by Christian Richter was worth GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,101.10) to a buyer in May 2020. This price was achieved in the auction Old Masters including Portrait Miniatures from the Pohl-Ströher Collection at Sothebys in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 2,000.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Christian Richter - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Ill-Matched Lovers, which sold at auction in April 2016 for USD 30,000.00 (€ 26,221.48).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Old Masters including Portrait Miniatures from the Pohl-Ströher Collection bei Sothebys in London erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 2.000,00 um ein Vielfaches.
