Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2020 a collector was able to acquire the work The smith by Christian Eriksson for SEK 10,000.00 (€ 995.91). This price was achieved in the auction Important Winter Sale at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 12,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Christian Eriksson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Jakt" (Hunt), which sold at auction in June this year for SEK 38,000.00 (€ 3,225.82).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit The smith von Christian Eriksson für SEK 10.000,00 (€ 995,91) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Important Winter Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 12.000,00 – 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Christian Eriksson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Jakt" (Hunt) beobachtet, die im Juni diesen Jahres für SEK 38.000,00 (€ 3.225,82) versteigert wurde.
