Sold at the upper estimate price
The work "Elof" by Christian Eriksson was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in December 2019. The auction ended at the price of SEK 12,000.00 (€ 1,143.67), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of SEK 10,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Christian Eriksson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Jakt" (Hunt), which sold at auction in June this year for SEK 38,000.00 (€ 3,225.82).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit "Elof" von Christian Eriksson kam im Dezember 2019 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 12.000,00 (€ 1.143,67) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 10.000,00 – 12.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Christian Eriksson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Jakt" (Hunt) beobachtet, die im Juni diesen Jahres für SEK 38.000,00 (€ 3.225,82) versteigert wurde.
