Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Christian d'Orgeix achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Paris in May 2021. In the Daniel Cordier, Collection privée auction, the work without title sold for EUR 1,764.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 600.00. Admittedly, works by Christian d'Orgeix have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in May 2021 with an auction result of EUR 7,560.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Christian d'Orgeix erzielte im Mai 2021 bei Sothebys in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Daniel Cordier, Collection privée wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für EUR 1.764,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 600,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Christian d'Orgeix auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.560,00.
