In December 2019 Sothebys in London held the auction The Pohl-Ströher Collection of Portrait Miniatures, Part III, which included the work Still Life With Flowers And An Antique Urn, Circa 1805 by Christiaen van Pol. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,625.00 (€ 1,920.56), 35% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Christiaen van Pol achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nature Morte Au Vase De Fleurs, Bocal De Poissons Et Nid D'Oiseau Sur Un Entablement in June 2010 with an auction result of EUR 126,750.00.

Im Dezember 2019 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion The Pohl-Ströher Collection of Portrait Miniatures, Part III durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still Life With Flowers And An Antique Urn, Circa 1805 von Christiaen van Pol zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.625,00 (€ 1.920,56) und damit 35% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Christiaen van Pol erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nature Morte Au Vase De Fleurs, Bocal De Poissons Et Nid D'Oiseau Sur Un Entablement im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 126.750,00.
