Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Christiaen van Pol achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nature Morte Au Vase De Fleurs, Bocal De Poissons Et Nid D'Oiseau Sur Un Entablement in June 2010 with an auction result of EUR 126,750.00.

Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 8.750,00 (€ 9.748,28) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
