It changed hands for a price of USD 3,750.00 (€ 3,273.97) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 2,000.00 – 4,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Macy's Department Store, 2005 is the most expensive artwork by Chris Murray that we have observed at auctions so far.
