In April 2018 Phillips in London held the auction New Now, which included the work Blossom by Cho Sung Hee. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 47,500.00 (€ 54,097.44), 58% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Cho Sung Hee; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Light Red Blossoms sold at auction in December 2021 with the realized price of HKD 875,000.00 (€ 99,112.03).

Im April 2018 führte Phillips in London die Auktion New Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit Blossom von Cho Sung Hee zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 47.500,00 (€ 54.097,44) und damit 58% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Cho Sung Hee; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Light Red Blossoms im Dezember 2021 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 875.000,00 (€ 99.112,03).
