Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Figure by Chen Shaomei was sold in the The Lasting Spring, Fine Modern Chinese Paintings auction at POLY in Poly Auction App in May last year. The price achieved of HKD 19,200.00 (€ 2,279.45) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 15,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Chen Shaomei achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portraits Of Great Poets in April 2014 with an auction result of HKD 3,160,000.00 (€ 293,900.50).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Figure von Chen Shaomei wurde im Mai letzten Jahres in der Auktion The Lasting Spring, Fine Modern Chinese Paintings bei POLY in Poly Auction App versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 19.200,00 (€ 2.279,45) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 15.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Chen Shaomei erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portraits Of Great Poets im April 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.160.000,00 (€ 293.900,50).
