Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Chen Hui was sold in the Contemporary Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2019. The price achieved of HKD 68,750.00 (€ 7,858.02) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Other works by Chen Hui have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2008 the work You & Me was auctioned for HKD 162,500.00 (€ 13,378.05).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Chen Hui wurde im Oktober 2019 in der Auktion Contemporary Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 68.750,00 (€ 7.858,02) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Chen Hui konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2008 die Arbeit You & Me für HKD 162.500,00 (€ 13.378,05) versteigert.
