Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Femme à la robe bleue by Charles Walch for EUR 500.00. This price was achieved in the auction Collection Alain Bouret at Christies in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charles Walch achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Cravatiere, 1946 in July 2008 with an auction result of EUR 12,392.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Femme à la robe bleue von Charles Walch für EUR 500,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Collection Alain Bouret bei Christies in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Charles Walch erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Cravatiere, 1946 im Juli 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.392,00.
