A top price for Charles Partridge Adams - as previously expected
In March 2015 Christies in New York held the auction American Art, which included the work Continental Divide, Sunrise by Charles Partridge Adams. The price achieved of USD 12,500.00 (€ 11,637.65) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Continental Divide, Sunrise is the most expensive artwork by Charles Partridge Adams that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im März 2015 führte Christies in New York die Auktion American Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Continental Divide, Sunrise von Charles Partridge Adams zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 11.637,65) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Continental Divide, Sunrise das teuerste Kunstwerk von Charles Partridge Adams, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
