In June 2015 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Old Masters & 19th century Art - (including Dutch Impressionism), which included the work Souvenir de Paris: a bustling day on a Parisian market by Charles Hoguet. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 17,500.00 46% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Charles Hoguet - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Blick in das Tal der Rhône., which sold at auction in May 2015 for EUR 36,120.00.

Im Juni 2015 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Old Masters & 19th century Art - (including Dutch Impressionism) durch, in der auch die Arbeit Souvenir de Paris: a bustling day on a Parisian market von Charles Hoguet zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 17.500,00 und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Charles Hoguet mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Blick in das Tal der Rhône. beobachtet, die im Mai 2015 für EUR 36.120,00 versteigert wurde.
