The work Inner Roll by Charles Brady was sold in the Irish and 20th Century British Art auction at Christies in London in May 2004. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 4,182.50 (€ 6,275.29), 39% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Charles Brady have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Envelope in May 2007 with an auction result of GBP 21,600.00 (€ 31,785.86).

Die Arbeit Inner Roll von Charles Brady wurde im Mai 2004 in der Auktion Irish and 20th Century British Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 4.182,50 (€ 6.275,29) und damit 39% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Charles Brady auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Envelope im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 21.600,00 (€ 31.785,86).
