Auction result well in line with expectations

However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Charles Archer - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Grapes, plums, raspberries, and a peach, on a mossy bank, which sold at auction in September 2001 for GBP 2,702.50 (€ 4,363.38).
