The price achieved of GBP 3,525.00 (€ 5,452.38) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charles Amable Lenoir achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work French young Girl With Cherries in May 2017 with an auction result of USD 150,000.00 (€ 133,499.47).
