In November 2021 Bonhams in New York held the auction American Art, which included the work Inner Harbor, Gloucester by Charles Abel Corwin. The »bidding war« ended at USD 2,295.00 (€ 2,033.31), 53% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Charles Abel Corwin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Hummingbird And Orchids, which sold at auction in March 2005 for USD 6,000.00 (€ 4,626.42).

Im November 2021 führte Bonhams in New York die Auktion American Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Inner Harbor, Gloucester von Charles Abel Corwin zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 2.295,00 (€ 2.033,31) und damit 53% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Charles Abel Corwin mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Hummingbird And Orchids beobachtet, die im März 2005 für USD 6.000,00 (€ 4.626,42) versteigert wurde.
