This artwork by Cesare Tallone achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in December 2021. In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo auction, the work La popolana sold for EUR 1,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 650.00. Admittedly, works by Cesare Tallone have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ponte Di Nossa in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 14,650.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Cesare Tallone erzielte im Dezember 2021 bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo wurde die Arbeit La popolana für EUR 1.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 650,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cesare Tallone auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ponte Di Nossa im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 14.650,00.
