Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Cesare Dell'Acqua could be acquired at Sothebys in London in March 2008 for an unexpectedly low price. In the British and Continental Pictures auction, the work Italian Two Sketch Books changed hands for GBP 5,625.00 (€ 7,066.40) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cesare Dell'Acqua achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Italianan Ottoman Beauty in April 2018 with an auction result of GBP 405,000.00 (€ 461,251.86).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Cesare Dell'Acqua konnte im März 2008 bei Sothebys in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion British and Continental Pictures wechselte die Arbeit Italian Two Sketch Books für GBP 5.625,00 (€ 7.066,40) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Cesare Dell'Acqua erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Italianan Ottoman Beauty im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 405.000,00 (€ 461.251,86).
