Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2008 Sothebys in London held the auction British and Continental Pictures, which included the work Italian Sketch Book; Costumi Dal Bonard - Primi Rit A Brusselle by Cesare Dell'Acqua. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 13,100.00 (€ 16,456.85) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cesare Dell'Acqua achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Italianan Ottoman Beauty in April 2018 with an auction result of GBP 405,000.00 (€ 461,251.86).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2008 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion British and Continental Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Italian Sketch Book; Costumi Dal Bonard - Primi Rit A Brusselle von Cesare Dell'Acqua zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 13.100,00 (€ 16.456,85) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Cesare Dell'Acqua erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Italianan Ottoman Beauty im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 405.000,00 (€ 461.251,86).
