Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Carlo Prada could be acquired at Il Ponte in April 2015 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work Paesaggio con lago sullo sfondo changed hands for EUR 2,000.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 2,200.00 – 2,500.00. Other works by Carlo Prada have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in November 2015 by the work Bagnanti at EUR 3,000.00.

In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo wechselte die Arbeit Paesaggio con lago sullo sfondo für EUR 2.000,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.200,00 – 2.500,00. Andere Arbeiten von Carlo Prada wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im November 2015 die Arbeit Bagnanti mit EUR 3.000,00.
