Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2016 a collector was able to acquire the work Scorcio lacustre by Carlo Prada for EUR 800.00. This price was achieved in the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 900.00 – 1,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Carlo Prada - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Bagnanti, which sold at auction in November 2015 for EUR 3,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2016 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Scorcio lacustre von Carlo Prada für EUR 800,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 900,00 – 1.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Carlo Prada mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Bagnanti beobachtet, die im November 2015 für EUR 3.000,00 versteigert wurde.
