Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2014 Sothebys in Paris held the auction Tableaux et Dessins Anciens et du XIXe siècle, which included the work Torrente Nel Bosco ( Torrent Dans Le Bois) by Carlo Fornara. The price achieved of EUR 4,750.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carlo Fornara achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Aratura In Argentina O La Conquista Della Terra ( Labourage En Argentine Ou La Conquête De La Terre) in June 2014 with an auction result of EUR 121,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2014 führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion Tableaux et Dessins Anciens et du XIXe siècle durch, in der auch die Arbeit Torrente Nel Bosco ( Torrent Dans Le Bois) von Carlo Fornara zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.750,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carlo Fornara erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Aratura In Argentina O La Conquista Della Terra ( Labourage En Argentine Ou La Conquête De La Terre) im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 121.500,00.
