Auction result misses estimated price range
In June this year a collector was able to acquire the work L'orto di casa - Prestinone by Carlo Fornara for EUR 2,000.00. This price was achieved in the auction 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 2,200.00 – 2,400.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carlo Fornara achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Aratura In Argentina O La Conquista Della Terra ( Labourage En Argentine Ou La Conquête De La Terre) in June 2014 with an auction result of EUR 121,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit L'orto di casa - Prestinone von Carlo Fornara für EUR 2.000,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.200,00 – 2.400,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carlo Fornara erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Aratura In Argentina O La Conquista Della Terra ( Labourage En Argentine Ou La Conquête De La Terre) im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 121.500,00.
