Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2008 Sothebys in Milan held the auction 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture, which included the work Ai Piedi Del Cervino by Carlo Follini. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 10,625.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Carlo Follini have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2008 the work Lo Stagno Nel Bosco was auctioned for EUR 18,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2008 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ai Piedi Del Cervino von Carlo Follini zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 10.625,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Carlo Follini konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2008 die Arbeit Lo Stagno Nel Bosco für EUR 18.750,00 versteigert.
