Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June last year Il Ponte held the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo, which included the work Carro e buoi by Carlo Domenici. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 400.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 450.00. Admittedly, works by Carlo Domenici have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Caccia in maremma in December 2003 with an auction result of EUR 3,968.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni letzten Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo durch, in der auch die Arbeit Carro e buoi von Carlo Domenici zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 400,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 450,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Carlo Domenici auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Caccia in maremma im Dezember 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 3.968,00.
