Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Carlo Battaglia could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in May this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern art and design auction, this work without title changed hands for DKK 3,000.00 (€ 402.67) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of DKK 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carlo Battaglia achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Diaspro in April 2011 with an auction result of EUR 6,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Carlo Battaglia konnte im Mai diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern art and design wechselte diese Arbeit ohne Titel für DKK 3.000,00 (€ 402,67) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carlo Battaglia erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Diaspro im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 6.000,00.
