Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work Sogne fjord by Carl Johan Fahlcrantz for SEK 20,000.00 (€ 2,184.12). This price was achieved in the auction The Spring Classic Sale, Stockholm at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 30,000.00 – 35,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Carl Johan Fahlcrantz - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Stockholm from Djurgården, which sold at auction in June 2016 for SEK 65,000.00 (€ 6,928.93).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2011 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Sogne fjord von Carl Johan Fahlcrantz für SEK 20.000,00 (€ 2.184,12) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion The Spring Classic Sale, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 35.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Carl Johan Fahlcrantz mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Stockholm from Djurgården beobachtet, die im Juni 2016 für SEK 65.000,00 (€ 6.928,93) versteigert wurde.
