Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Carl Johan Fahlcrantz could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in June 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Important Spring Sale auction, the work Italian Landscape changed hands for SEK 30,000.00 (€ 2,856.38) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 35,000.00 – 40,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Carl Johan Fahlcrantz - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Stockholm from Djurgården, which sold at auction in June 2016 for SEK 65,000.00 (€ 6,928.93).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Carl Johan Fahlcrantz konnte im Juni 2019 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Important Spring Sale wechselte die Arbeit Italian Landscape für SEK 30.000,00 (€ 2.856,38) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 35.000,00 – 40.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Carl Johan Fahlcrantz mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Stockholm from Djurgården beobachtet, die im Juni 2016 für SEK 65.000,00 (€ 6.928,93) versteigert wurde.
