Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work Extensive landscape with waterfall, livestock, and church in the background by Carl Johan Fahlcrantz for SEK 12,000.00 (€ 1,337.55). This price was achieved in the auction Autumn Classic Sale at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Carl Johan Fahlcrantz have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Stockholm from Djurgården in June 2016 with an auction result of SEK 65,000.00 (€ 6,928.93).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2010 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Extensive landscape with waterfall, livestock, and church in the background von Carl Johan Fahlcrantz für SEK 12.000,00 (€ 1.337,55) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Autumn Classic Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Carl Johan Fahlcrantz auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Stockholm from Djurgården im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 65.000,00 (€ 6.928,93).
