Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Gardening by Caragh Thuring was auctioned at Bonhams in London in December 2021. The price achieved of GBP 1,020.00 (€ 1,216.65) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Caragh Thuring achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Phizmonger in September 2017 with an auction result of GBP 17,500.00 (€ 19,853.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Gardening von Caragh Thuring kam im Dezember 2021 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.020,00 (€ 1.216,65) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Caragh Thuring erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Phizmonger im September 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 17.500,00 (€ 19.853,97).
