Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Newlyn Harbour with Five Blue Boats by Bryan Pearce was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November 2021. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,650.00 (€ 8,981.82) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Bryan Pearce have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work St. Ives (All Round) in October 2011 with an auction result of GBP 55,250.00 (€ 63,941.37).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Newlyn Harbour with Five Blue Boats von Bryan Pearce kam im November 2021 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.650,00 (€ 8.981,82) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bryan Pearce auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit St. Ives (All Round) im Oktober 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 55.250,00 (€ 63.941,37).
