It achieved a price of GBP 1,402.50 (€ 1,644.72), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bryan Ingham achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Still Life With Blue Jug And The Lizard Landscape in May 2012 with an auction result of GBP 14,375.00 (€ 17,910.62).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Roses In A Jug von Bryan Ingham wurde im Juli 2021 in der Auktion Modern British and Irish Art bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 1.402,50 (€ 1.644,72) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bryan Ingham erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Still Life With Blue Jug And The Lizard Landscape im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 14.375,00 (€ 17.910,62).
