Upper estimate price exceeded by 67 %.
In December 2021 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Muro toscano by Bruno Saetti. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 5,000.00 67% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bruno Saetti - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Natura morta, which sold at auction in May 2002 for EUR 17,360.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 67 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2021 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Muro toscano von Bruno Saetti zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 5.000,00 und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Bruno Saetti mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Natura morta beobachtet, die im Mai 2002 für EUR 17.360,00 versteigert wurde.
