Auction result well in line with expectations
In December this year Bonhams in Brussels held the auction Belgian and contemporary art, which included the work Sans titre by Bruno Gironcoli. The price achieved of EUR 2,560.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Bruno Gironcoli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in June 2016 with an auction result of EUR 16,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in Brüssel die Auktion Belgian and contemporary art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans titre von Bruno Gironcoli zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.560,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bruno Gironcoli auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 16.250,00.
