Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Intra vos est signata by Bruno Ceccobelli was auctioned at Christies in Paris in June 2016. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 5,000.00 – 700,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 10,000.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bruno Ceccobelli - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Un Nuovo Sottoquadro, which sold at auction in May 2006 for EUR 23,560.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Intra vos est signata von Bruno Ceccobelli kam im Juni 2016 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 5.000,00 – 700.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 10.000,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Bruno Ceccobelli mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Un Nuovo Sottoquadro beobachtet, die im Mai 2006 für EUR 23.560,00 versteigert wurde.
