Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Studies for Hologram (e) - 1970 by Bruce Nauman was auctioned at Artcurial in November this year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 2,886.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bruce Nauman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Life, Death, Love, Hate, Pleasure, Pain in May 2021 with an auction result of USD 8,996,400.00 (€ 7,377,726.75).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Studies for Hologram (e) - 1970 von Bruce Nauman kam im November diesen Jahres bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 2.886,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bruce Nauman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Life, Death, Love, Hate, Pleasure, Pain im Mai 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 8.996.400,00 (€ 7.377.726,75).
