The work Nimbuwa Djang by Bruce Nabegeyo was sold in the AUSTRALIAN, INTERNATIONAL & CONTEMPORARY PAINTINGS auction at Christies in Sydney in August 2003. It achieved a price of AUD 587.50 (€ 347.07), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18%. With this result, Nimbuwa Djang is even the most expensive work of art by Bruce Nabegeyo that we have observed at auctions so far.
