In February this year Bruun Rasmussen held the auction Modern art and design, which included the work Landscape with trees by Børge Bokkenheuser. The »bidding war« ended at DKK 6,000.00 (€ 805.89), 50% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Børge Bokkenheuser; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Coastal scenery sold at auction in April this year with the realized price of DKK 6,500.00 (€ 871.97).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Im Februar diesen Jahres führte Bruun Rasmussen die Auktion Modern art and design durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape with trees von Børge Bokkenheuser zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von DKK 6.000,00 (€ 805,89) und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Børge Bokkenheuser; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Coastal scenery im April diesen Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von DKK 6.500,00 (€ 871,97).
